What is ABC Running?
ABC, code for Adventure Boot Camp, Running is a running program for beginning to intermediate runners. During this program you will learn runner specific safety, stretching, core conditioning, strength training, running drills, and much, much more!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. However, you must be able to run a continuous mile without stopping. It does not have to be at a fast pace but it must be continuous.
Where is the location we meet?
You will get all the information you need at your pre-camp evaluation and be provided a weekly schedule on Day 1 so that you know the various locations we will be meeting.
How often will we meet?
We will meet three times a week, Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 6:00 am for an 8 week session. Locations will be provided by trainer. Depending on the heat of the summer weather times may change. Saturdays may be a little longer as program progresses.

What do I need to bring?
Everyday bring your water bottle, dress in layers (depending upon weather), wear GOOD running shoes, and ladies wear a proper fitting sports bra. An exercise mat will be needed from time to time depending on the schedule.
What can I achieve from camp?
You will become a more efficient runner! The camp program includes exercises designed to help strengthen your abs and core, breathing techniques, reduce body fat and increase endurance. By losing fat and increasing stamina, you'll lose inches and gain endurance while looking and feeling better.
Why should I participate?
If you want to stop saying “I hate running”, or “I can’t run” , if you want to improve your running ability, or just try a fitness program that teaches you to run better while making you more fit then this is the program for you. You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
The program is $250.00 for an 8 week session. That comes out to $10.41 per hour!
Where else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction
for that incredible price?
Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $100 per hour
for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive
motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer
for just a fraction of the cost.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp.
You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior
to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you
will be notified to make an appointment.
What you can expect:
- One hour a day, 3 days a week for 8 weeks!
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 am – 7:00 am!
