What is the Adventure Boot Camp at Anthem Co-ed program?
A Co-ed four week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by your Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer. Each day, camp will be 60 minutes in length starting at 9:00 am.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

A four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, diet planning, & motivational training provided Where is the location we meet?
Exact location will be given at your pre-camp evaluation.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet Monday through Friday for 60 minutes during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 9:00 am. During the HOT summer months we’ll meet one hour earlier to avoid the higher temperatures. Check the calendar or call for details.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to wear good running shoes; and bring hand weights, an exercise mat, and water. This can be done in the form of one of the many water packs on the market such as a Camelbak, Nathan pack, Hydration Belt, etc.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The program includes exercises designed to strengthen your entire body, reduce body fat and increase stamina and endurance. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Why should I participate?
If you are tired of the same old gym routine, if you need to be held accountable, if you need motivation, if you would like to meet fun people with your same goals to be healthy and fit, or if you need a challenging workout, then this program is for you.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week Adventure Boot Camp has a registration fee of $299 for five days per week and $199 for three days per week. That’s less than $14.95 per day!!

Where else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $100 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.

What you can expect:
